Important : Doctomia acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or pricing of medical services provided by clinics or healthcare professionals.

3.1 Management of Clinic and Professional Profiles

Doctomia lists on its Platform the clinics and healthcare professionals who request to be included. The information displayed on their profiles comes either directly from the healthcare provider or clinic or is collected from their website with their authorization.

No recommendation and no medical responsibility

Doctomia does not recommend choosing one emergency department over another based on the wait times, occupancy rates or estimates displayed on the platform. This information must under no circumstances be interpreted as guidance, advice or an incentive to favor or avoid a particular healthcare facility.

Doctomia does not intervene in the orientation, triage or medical care of patients.

Information relating to emergency services must never be used to delay, avoid or replace a medical consultation, nor to assess the severity of a health condition.

In the event of a real or perceived medical emergency, users are invited to call 911 or go immediately to the nearest emergency department, regardless of the information displayed on the platform.

By booking a meeting with us through Calendly, you consent to Doctomia creating a first draft of your profile using publicly available information from your website or professional materials. This profile will then be validated and adjusted with you during our exchange.

Once your profile is validated, you will start receiving appointment requests online, sent directly to your clinic's email address or designated contact point.

We may also provide you with a file to complete if you wish to make additional changes or update your information later (specialties, services offered, contact details, etc.).

Membership in Doctomia is subject to a fee for healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities. Subscription fees apply depending on the selected plan (monthly or annual). Pricing and payment terms will be defined and agreed upon at the time of registration. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once the subscription is activated.

Use of the platform is free for patients. However, fees related to consultations and/or medical care remain the responsibility of the patient and are paid directly to the healthcare professional or healthcare facility.
